There’s a Discount for block bookings for five sessions or more. Please contact Postive Balance for more information on block bookings.
Other services
Group Personal Training sessions
If you can’t afford personal training on your own then you may like to consider sharing a trainer with your partner or friend. As long as your goals are similar then we will have a training package for your needs. You can train in groups of two or three but the maximum is four so that we can still provide personal attention.
